1 lb. ground beef

1 lb. elbow macaroni

1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel)

1 can tomato sauce

1 can petite dice tomatoes

ΒΌ finely chopped onion


Boil elbow macaroni as directed then drain.

Brown ground beef with finely chopped onion.


Combine all and place in greased cake or lasagna pan.


Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
